Annual Family Check-In for next school year (2024 - 2025) is open now through March 17 for our families. This process is an important part of ensuring we’re able to contact parents in the case of an emergency, as well as have all of the required documents signed for starting school in the fall.
Families of existing students are asked to log into their Infinite Campus Parent Portal account to complete this process. Once logged in, select "More" and then "Annual Family Check In" to begin.
Annual Family Check-In should only take 15 - 20 minutes to complete. Be prepared to:

Add any new students, including Kindergarteners

Verify your contact information and emergency contacts

Complete required forms.
All documents can be uploaded to the portal except for proof of identity documentation (birth certificate, passport, etc.). Identity documents will only be accepted in-person at your student’s school.
Note: Annual Family Check-In only needs to be completed by one parent / guardian per student. For students in multiple households, the primary household will need to complete this process.

New Families
Families that are new to the district are to apply for enrollment via the New Families Registration page.
Preschool Families
All preschool students will need to first apply via the state’s Universal Preschool Portal. We are optimistic that the State of Colorado will open the Universal Preschool Portal at the end of February for the 2024 - 2025 school year.
