Business & Marketing
Business and Marketing programs are focused on learning the essential functions of business, including: planning, organizing, directing and evaluating through the exploration of careers in finance, management, marketing and entrepreneurship. Business programs are delivered through:
- Classroom instruction (contextual learning)
- Work-based learning
- Personal development through Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and/or Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA)

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA)
FBLA is a national career and technical education organization that prepares students for careers in business or careers in business education. This is an intracurricular organization designed to prepare students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experiences. This student organization is offered at Windsor High School.
Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA)
DECA is a national organization for students enrolled in Marketing Education. DECA is an intracurricular, student-centered organization designed as an integral part of the classroom instructional program of marketing education that motivates students to learn marketing competencies, preparing students to be skilled, employable workers in the field of marketing. This student organization is offered at Severance High School.
