Our Career & College Readiness programs engage, educate, and empower students by providing meaningful, real-world learning experiences that prepare them for life after high school.
ENGAGE: Discover What's Possible
Curiosity is sparked by connecting classroom learning to real careers and real possibilities.
Students will:
- Explore diverse career fields through hands-on Career & Technical Education (CTE) pathways
- Visit real workplaces and meet industry professionals
- Connect with mentors who work in fields they're curious about
- See exactly how their education applies to their future goals
The result? Students see purpose in their education and understand how it connects to their future.
EDUCATE: Build Skills That Matter
Rigorous, relevant learning experiences are provided that prepare students for college, careers, and life.
Students will:
- Follow aligned CTE pathways in high-demand fields, like agriculture, welding, culinary, and more
- Earn college credit while still in high school through Concurrent Enrollment (including AIMS Academy)
- Develop critical employability skills: communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership
- Gain industry-recognized certifications that strengthen resumes and college applications
- Master both academic knowledge and technical expertise
The result? Students graduate academically strong and professionally prepared.
EMPOWER: Take Charge of the Future
Students are offered choice, support, and the confidence to navigate their own path forward.
Students will:
- Design a personalized pathway aligned with their goals and strengths
- Receive expert advising to make informed decisions about college and careers
- Build professional identity and confidence through work-based learning
- Access expanded opportunities through our partnerships with local colleges and employers, as well as explore numerous military opportunities
