  • Students can individualize their career and academic plans using the academic planning tool, Xello.
  • Xello is a useful tool where students can discover relevant career, college, university, trade and military options based on personality, skills, and knowledge. The website is designed to help students research colleges, explore careers, map out next steps and much more.
  • Explore our Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways designed to prepare students for post-secondary workforce readiness -- students are introduced to workplace competencies and hands-on learning.

Aims Career Academy

Through our partnership with Aims Community College, high school students can take part in the Career Academy program, giving high school students a chance to get ahead on college coursework and career planning while still in high school. This program offers students:

  • The ability to earn certifications in participating programs, free of charge
  • Tuition, fees, and course materials are paid by the district
  • 1 year (minimum) commitment
