To log in to our Substitute Management System, visit Red Rover or download the app (App Store | Google Play).

Notifications
Red Rover will provide notification of assignments or assignment changes by email, text, or app notification. You can set your notification preferences under “Your Profile.”
Available Assignments
Available substitute positions are listed on your Red Rover portal homepage under “Available Assignments.” You can filter by school or preference, prior to accepting positions.
Your Assignments
You can view the substitute assignments you have accepted under “My Schedule” in Red Rover. At any point, you can adjust your accepted assignments by cancelling the entire assignment or a single day.
Your Availability
Scheduled / recurring availability or known vacations can be inputted under “Manage Availability.” Your availability can be adjusted at any point of time.
School Preferences
Through “School Preferences,” you can indicate which schools are your preferred placements and which schools you would like to hide from your “Available Assignments” results.
