About the Public School Financial Transparency Act
Section 22-44-300, et. seq., C.R.S.
With the passage of HB 10-1036, the General Assembly enacted the "Public School Financial Transparency Act," which directs local education providers to post financial information online, in a downloadable format, for free public access.

Our district received more than $2 million in funds from the American Rescue Plan. We utilized this one-time allocation to fund summer school and tutoring; staff support positions in mental health, literacy and math, facilities, English Language Learning, and building substitutes, among others.
