To begin the registration process:
- Visit our online registration kiosk
- Select the correct registration year
- Complete the online application*
- Submit the application (you will receive an automated receipt via email)
- Provide your school with all required documentation (see list below)
*Please record your application number as this may be required when accessing or updating your application, or if you need assistance during the registration process.
Required Documentation
Enrollment will not be processed until all paperwork is turned in to the school office.
Contact your school's Front Office to submit the following:

Proof of Residency: Must display the parent / guardian name, physical address that matches the physical address listed on the application, and posted date. Provide one of the following:
- Signed lease / rental agreement
- Mortgage statement
- Utility bill (including electric, gas, or water bill)

School Records: If your child has previously attended another school, please provide one of the following:
- Current report card
- Current transcript

Immunization Status: Colorado law requires all students attending Colorado schools to be vaccinated against certain diseases unless they have a medical or non-medical exemption on file. View the school-required vaccines. Provide one of the following:
- Current Immunization Certificate
- Immunization exemption
Provide one of the following documents in-person to your student's school:
- Birth Certificate
- Passport
- State issued ID
- Hospital certificate
- Baptismal certificate
