AllOne Health

This benefit is free to family members (spouse and children under age 26) living in the same household. The AllOne Health Assistance Program can help you reduce stress, improve mental health, and make life easier by connecting you to the right information, resources, and referrals. All services are free, confidential, and available to you and your family members. This includes access to short-term counseling and the wide range of services offered, including mental health sessions, life coaching, financial consultation, legal referrals, work-life resources and referrals, personal assistant, and member portal.

Modern Health by CEBT

Modern Health provides mental wellness benefits. Once you answer a few questions about your well-being and your preferences for types of care, Modern Health will develop a personalized care plan that recommends a combination of one-on-one, group, and self-serve digital resources that can help you in your focus areas. Care options also include guided meditations (unlimited), digital programs (unlimited), circles (unlimited), coaching (eight sessions per year), and therapy (eight sessions per year). Patients may continue care with their provider after eight initial visits, billed to insurance. This benefit is only available to those enrolled in PPO Select 2 and PPO 5 medical plans. PPO Select 2 offers free individual mental healthcare if rhe provider is in the United Health Care Choice Plus or Colorado Select Provider networks.
