Gifted Education Program
The Gifted Education team serves gifted and talented learners, students between ages 4 - 21 whose abilities, talents, and potential for accomplishment are so exceptional or developmentally advanced that they require special provisions to meet their educational programming needs.
Gifted children represent all cultural, ethnic, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds and may demonstrate both gifts and disabilities. Our Gifted Education team works to ensure a challenging and relevant education for gifted students, helping them meet their personal potential.
Gifted students are capable of high performance, exceptional production, or exceptional learning behavior by virtue of any individual area or combination of these 14 areas of giftedness:
