  • Building Instructional Leadership Team (ILT): Join your building's leadership team.
  • Professional Learning: Lead courses or study teams.
  • 1338 Council: Engage in shaping school policy and decisions for certified evaluations (RANDA).
  • Curriculum Adoption: Lead or participate in curriculum selection and implementation.
  • District Professional Learning Days and / or New Staff Orientation Leadership: Facilitate sessions in peer-driven professional learning events.
  • District Accountability Committee: Provide oversight and feedback for district initiatives.
  • Weld RE-4 Professional Learning Committee: Play a vital role in shaping district-level professional learning to ensure it is meaningful, relevant, and aligned with educator needs.
  • Mentorship Programs: Guide and support new teachers, or host student teachers.
  • Hands-on Experience: Sub for principals / AP’s when they're on leave.
