We value on-going, personalized, high-impact professional learning opportunities that build collective efficacy and support excellence in teaching and learning.
We support all licensed, administrative, and classified personnel across the district, investing in the people who inspire, coach, and mentor our learners. Our personalized approach empowers all to advance their skills through professional development and mentoring.
In-district Professional Learning Course
Share your knowledge by leading a professional learning course, or attend a course curated by your peers! Professional learning courses include one instructor (or more) that facilitates learning for a group of 10 or more participants.
Professional Study Team
A minimum of two participants may study an educational topic or challenge and then work collaboratively to create a concrete product that (a) addresses that problem or challenge, (b) describes a specific action plan of next steps, and/or (c) details for teaching others what they learned.
Independent Study
Design and guide your own study of an educational topic or challenge, and then work to create a concrete product that (a) addresses that problem or challenge, (b) describes a specific action plan of next steps, and/or (c) details a plan for teaching others what you've learned.
Out-of-District Professional Learning
Take advantage of the many high-quality professional learning opportunities offered outside of Weld RE-4. With pre-approval, you can earn salary credit for attending!
