WEST is the Weld RE-4 community-based transition program offered for students with moderate to significant disabilities who are between the ages of 18-21 and who have completed the appropriate credits within the high school to experience a social graduation. Students can take part in the program until the end of the semester in which they turn 21 years old.

WEST Can Help!
WEST student-employees currently complete various jobs in our schools and community such as: setting up and cleaning lunchrooms, filing, stuffing and mailing envelopes, emptying copy paper boxes, filling soda/snack machine, recycling, shredding, cutting and laminating, counting Box Tops for Education, cleaning, setting up for meetings and events, moving boxes, hanging event posters and distributing flyers.
